Montelle Sanders is entering his fourth season with the Raiders as Director of Player Engagement. He has previously worked with the New York Jets, from 2008 to 2019, in FB Operations and Player Development & Engagement.

A native to the Cleveland area, Sanders earned his undergraduate degree from Jackson State University, and went on to earn his Master’s from Slippery Rock University.
